This 75 minute Hatha Yoga class is appropriate for beginning Yoga students as well as advanced students wanting a deep stretch with a less challenging flow. Students are encouraged to practice Asanas, yoga positions or postures, at their own pace. Most Asanas will be performed in a sitting or grounded position on the mat. This class also incorporates Pranayama (breath work) as well as relaxation and meditation techniques.

With morning and evening offerings for a number of our General Fitness Classes, we want you to find a time that fits your day best. Just can't get up in time for the 8 a.m. Cardio Sculpt? Not a problem. Swing by after work and catch the 6 p.m. Zumba. Most classes are 50 minutes long.

I used to go to this gym religiously about 5 years ago and I loved it! I’m not too sure what it’s like now but if it’s anything like it was then, than it is amazing!!! I loved all the groups classes they offered, how friendly and helpful the staff was, how I never felt uncomfortable or out of place and of course one of my favorite things about the gym was the smoothie bar!!! I miss this gym and if I was still in Ramona I would sign up again in a heart beat!
We tried this Gym several times so far and love it! Today my husband and I decided to become members! Jonas helped us, gave us a tour and is super pleasant every time we see him � Thank you and happy to be part of the RFC family! Here's to good health! ���
