I used to go to this gym religiously about 5 years ago and I loved it! I’m not too sure what it’s like now but if it’s anything like it was then, than it is amazing!!! I loved all the groups classes they offered, how friendly and helpful the staff was, how I never felt uncomfortable or out of place and of course one of my favorite things about the gym was the smoothie bar!!! I miss this gym and if I was still in Ramona I would sign up again in a heart beat!

We tried this Gym several times so far and love it! Today my husband and I decided to become members! Jonas helped us, gave us a tour and is super pleasant every time we see him. Thank you and happy to be part of the RFC family! Here's to good health!
