- RFC Fuel50 Training- Workout with a trainer every day with FUEL and get full access to RFC. Our High Octane Group Training is a balanced, full body program suitable for most levels of fitness. Fire up your body with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and your own body weight to create an amazing workout.
- RFC Basic- A Basic Membership is for the do-it-yourselfer. All BASIC memberships include access to the gym and our general group exercise classes.
- Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, Fitness Coach, and United Health - RenewActive offer free or discounted memberships with qualifying insurance plans. Check with your insurance provider for more information.
